MudWtr: The Environmental Impacts of Coffee

Working with the alternative coffee drink brand, MudWtr, I crafted a piece of content writing for their blog “Trends w/ Benefits” using extensive research and thoughtful writing. Working with editor Katie Maloney, I explored the darker side of coffee production (and consumption): Much coffee production is detrimental to the environment, causing deforestation, unstable and tainted soil, and water contamination. As the article suggests, MudWtr, a coffee alternative made of 100% organic cacao, ayurvedic herbs and functional mushrooms, is a more ecologically-responsible option.
